Euroflex USA is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our steam mops or cleaners, we will refund your purchase in full. To qualify for a refund, all Euroflex Vapour steam mops and steam cleaners must be purchased directly from www.EuroflexProducts.com and the return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

FREE RETURN SHIPPING

As part of our satisfaction guarantee policy, Euroflex USA will pay for return shipping using our preferred carrier. Once we receive your returned Euroflex Vapour steam mop or steam cleaner, a refund will be issued in the form of payment used for the original purchase.

STARTING A RETURN

To authorize a return, please contact the Euroflex customer care team by emailing [email protected], completing this form or by calling 844-468-6379 to obtain an RMA number. At that time an authorized Euroflex customer care representative will issue you an RMA number and a prepaid return shipping label.

EXCLUSIONS

Open Box or refurbished steam mopS and steam cleaners and ALL accessories, replacement parts and components are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns. All Open Box Euroflex steam mops or steam cleaners are covered by our industry-best 5 year limited warranty on parts and labor (lifetime warranty on the boiler) and are eligible for warranty service or exchanges and will be determined by an authorized Euroflex representative.

Intentional cosmetic decoration or modification that may impact a product’s resale, refurbishment, restoration or usability will void the terms of your product’s warranty and the Euroflex return policy for steam mops and steam cleaners. Warranty claim information can be found here.
