To qualify for a full refund, all Vapour M2R Steam Mops and Vapour Pro M4S Steam Cleaner purchases must be made at EuroflexProducts.com and the return must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

As part of our satisfaction guarantee, Euroflex USA will pay for the return shipping. Once we receive your returned Vapour M2R Steam Mop or Vapour Pro M4S Steam Cleaner, a refund will be issued in the form of payment used for the original purchase.

Starting a Return

To authorize a return, please contact the Euroflex customer satisfaction team by emailing hello@euroflexproducts.com or by calling 844-468-6379 to obtain an RMA number. At that time the Euroflex representative will issue you an RMA number and a pre paid return shipping label.

Exclusions

Refurbished steam cleaning machines, final sale items and all steam cleaning machine accessories, replacement parts and components are final sale and not eligible for returns. They are only eligible for warranty service and exchanges.

Intentional cosmetic decoration or modification that may impact a product’s resale, refurbishment, restoration or usability will void the terms of your product’s warranty and the Euroflex return policy for steam mops and steam cleaners.
